Exchanges are easy.

We hope you love your outfit for your big event. But in case you don’t—perhaps it’s a little too big or the style just isn’t you—we’ll send you a new size, color, or style.

Exchanging your item is hassle-free. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange items purchased. Full details of our returns and exchange policy can be found below.

Can I Exchange or Return any Item?

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase. There are no refunds, except in cases where the products were damaged upon delivery.

For exchanges, we will accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the merchandise tags. We have the right to deny the exchange of an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

Clothing must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition, with the tag still attached.

Shoes must be returned with all packaging including dust bag and box. While trying on your shoes or deciding whether to keep them, please ensure the soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface.

Please handle all accessories with care and ensure that the returns tag remains attached if you decide not to keep your items. Jewelry items should show no signs of wear, scratches, loose or missing stones or faulty clasps.

Any items returned to us that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without an exchange.

We will not accept an exchange if requested more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

How Can I Make an Exchange?

Click on EXCHANGE MY ORDER above and find the order you wish to request an exchange. Click on “Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions to complete your return / exchange. Once you have successfully completed the return/exchange form, you will receive an automated email confirmation with details of your return/exchange request.

Include the items you wish to return, along with a copy of your sales order, in a package and mail it to the address below:

I Received an Item as a Gift. How can I Receive a Refund?

Gifts can be exchanged for a merchandise certificate by email or mail in the amount of the current selling price.

Are Shipping and Handling Fees Refundable?

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We provide complimentary free shipping for shipments of your new items.
